Cocoa Crunchy(Sucrose-Free)

1.Description:

Cocoa Crunchy(Sucrose-Free) uses fructo-oligosaccharides, malt extract, maltitol, cocoa powder and refined edible salt as the raw material and make them into solid beverage after mixing preparation, pasteurization, vacuum drying, smash and packing and some other techniques.

Compared with the original formula:

1、  malt extract decrease about 18.8%,No sucrose adding and without added animal sources of raw materialsï¼›

2、  Cocoa powder increase about 16.9%;

3、  Adding prebiotics fructo-oligosaccharides(FOS);

4、  Adding new functional sweeter maltitol,it has low quantity of heat , no decayed teeth property , difficult digest , promoting absorb of calcium and many other physiological propertiesï¼›

5、  85% energy of the original formula.

5. Product label and mark

  Product label confirms to GB 7718 and GB 28050. Packaging-Pictorial Marking for handling of goods confirms to GB/T 191.

6. Packaging

Packing receptacle and material should confirm to the corresponding hygienic standard and relevant provisions.

Packing specifications:

20kg/box: Inside:PE bag   Outside:Corrugated box

15kg/drum: Inside:PE bag   Outside:Kraft paper drum

All the products are compact packed. It can be packed according to the requirements of customers.

7. Transportation condition

  Conveyance and container must conform to the food hygiene requirements, avoid directed sunlight and rain during transportation and cannot be stored with harmful, poisonous, stinky or something which would impact the quality of products.

8. Storage condition

Stored at room temperature in a cool and dry warehouse. Strictly forbidden to store with poisonous, harmful, stinky, volatile or perishable goods.

9. Shelf life

Under the regulations of this standard, the shelf life of crunchy in 20-kg-box and 15-kg-drum is 12 months since the date of manufacture.
