1.Description:

Light dried malt extract uses barley and malt as the raw material,adds production water and hydrolytic enzyme as the aids for food processing and finally becomes the malt extract used in food industry after pulverization, enzymatic hydrolysis, filtration, vacuum concentration, vacuum drying and some other processes.

Packing receptacle and material should confirm to the corresponding hygienic standard and relevant provisions.

Packing specifications:20kg/bag, in paper-plastic composite bag.

All the products are compact packed. It can be packed according to the requirements of customers.

7.Transportation condition

Conveyance and container must conform to the food hygiene requirements, avoid directed sunlight and rain during transportation and cannot be stored with harmful, poisonous, stinky or something which would impact the quality of products.

8. Storage condition

Stored at room temperature in a cool and dry warehouse. Strictly forbidden to store with poisonous, harmful, stinky, volatile or perishable goods.

9. Shelf life

Under the regulations of this standard, the shelf life of 20 kg dried malt extract in paper-plastic composite bag is 12 months since the date of manufacture.
